The Customer - The True CEO

Who is really in charge of a business? Who really pays the salaries of all employees across the globe? Whose opinion is the most important in the organization? If you start a business are you really the boss? These are the questions that any Entrepreneur and/or Business Professional will ask when they begin to understand Value-Centered Management. At some point, a true entrepreneur and/or business professional must have the courage to truly understand who there customer is and establish a vehicle that will allow them to maintain understanding of what their customer wants TODAY. Ultimately, the customer will decide where you must spend your money to make the business successful. The customer will decide which team members in the organization should remain and which will have to be let go. The customer will decide what the entire mood of the organization must be to achieve sustained success. Understanding all of this we come to see that a true CEO will stop trying to be a "Chief Executive Officer" and instead become a "CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE OFFICER." If you don't, you will not be and should not be in business for long.

Amazing!!! Amazing!!! This is phenominal. Too many people are worried about the dollar and forget that it is the customer who holds all the power! They drive the demand for everything. And it is the customer who really drives your passion to create better products, better services and better techniques in business. Absoloutely amazing!

Whats is truely amazing is the up-side-down organizational chart that Mr. Parker talks about. The CEO is at the bottom of the chart and the customer is at the top! Not only is the customer that pays our bills our focus, but as a CEO, your employees are you customer as well. If the CEO and Executive Staff treat their workers well, then they will be more inclined to treat the customer well. What a visionary Mr. Parker is! What he has set up is a CULTURE of exceptional customer service!
