CEO 4 Life

Why am I so passionate about the work of the CEO and founder of Stellar Enterprise Michael E. Parker? - Simple, it changed my life and it is still improving my thoughts, relationships and business practices!

I am a CEO 4 Life because I now have a great life that keeps getting better. The more I work the program and implement what he teaches the more I improve my life and how I think!

I have heard many excellent teachers during my life time but no one has ever covered the areas Mr. Parker does. The "You Are a CEO" seminar and tools he has developed have reached me where I was really living. It combines the best of business fundamentals with whole life principles and really balances your life.

It really, really, really works! I don't feel the pressure of things crashing in on me. I can see whats going on in my life: time, space, finances, relationships and career. Its organized and I don't have unexpected surprises that overwhelm me anymore. Dealing with people at work and in my personal life are so much easier...

I was a sinking ship before I started this program and now I am plugging up the holes and getting rid of the excess water in my life: I am learning skills-sets I was missing, I see character attributes that needed development and big splinters that need to be removed I am getting out of my life with the control and execution of a CEO!

I feel like a "Gladiator" at times, very motivated and powerful!

I love the program and the products! Julie P.

The Customer - The True CEO

Who is really in charge of a business? Who really pays the salaries of all employees across the globe? Whose opinion is the most important in the organization? If you start a business are you really the boss? These are the questions that any Entrepreneur and/or Business Professional will ask when they begin to understand Value-Centered Management. At some point, a true entrepreneur and/or business professional must have the courage to truly understand who there customer is and establish a vehicle that will allow them to maintain understanding of what their customer wants TODAY. Ultimately, the customer will decide where you must spend your money to make the business successful. The customer will decide which team members in the organization should remain and which will have to be let go. The customer will decide what the entire mood of the organization must be to achieve sustained success. Understanding all of this we come to see that a true CEO will stop trying to be a "Chief Executive Officer" and instead become a "CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE OFFICER." If you don't, you will not be and should not be in business for long.

Think, Act, Results - It's just that Simple!

Everything we do begins with a thought. Nothing can be done without first thinking about it. As a result, it is vital to consider how you think and to have the courage to actually do something about it. What runs through your mind day-to-day, week-to-week? Before you do big things you have to begin to THINK BIG and believe you can accomplish what you think you can (Of course, your thoughts should be based in reality and common sense). After you are thinking about the right things, you have to have the courage to ACT on what you have been thinking about. If you are thinking about something you want to learn more about, the next step is to actually go and begin learning it. If you want to start a business, get started! If you want to become better at dealing with people, start getting around coaches who can help you to make it happen. After learning how to think and having the courage to take action, you should eventually begin to see some RESULTS. If you never achieve any results then all is lost. We live in a results based society and we should try to lead a results based life. However, results must be measured in small steps so that we can see how much we are winning along the way as we pursue becoming the true champion of our lives, careers, and our businesses.

What is Success?

Success is measured in many ways and all of us must understand how to attain to it. Although money is something highly desired, success is not always measured in dollars. True success is measured in your ability to fulfill your goals while never losing sight of your own integrity and sense of what is right. True success can be sustained because it is created realizing that striving for "desireable ends" must still be done utilizing "desireable means." If one will truly be successful they will never give up and will never lose sight of what it took to obtain their destination by maintaining an overwhelming appreciation for their journey. The bottom line is that success must first begin from within and then it can be realized in your life, your business, and/or career.
