Understanding how to make your business grow is as simple as understanding what your customers truly value and that means what is the innermost driving force that causes them to spend their money and why specifically they will choose you to do business with.

Value is the innermost driving force that causes someone to spend money.

What causes your customers to spend money?

My Customers Value: Things that help them make money, things that help them help others, things that help them feel good and things that teach them how to be happier in life and improve relationships or careers.

You must know what your customers value so that you can give them products and or services that they actually want to buy.

If you sell things they don't deem to be valuable you could not be able to sell your products and or services and could lose your business.
